Size Exchanges
We understand that ordering apparel online can be challenging. If your item does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a size exchange:
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be clean and in good condition.
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
• Limit one size exchange per order.
Damaged, Defective, or Fulfillment Errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an item that differs from what you ordered (such as the wrong size, color, design, or product), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds may be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or as a result of a fulfillment error.
Because each item is made to order, refunds are not available for size-related issues. Instead, customers may take advantage of our complimentary one-time size exchange program described above.
