All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partners. Because each item is created specifically for your order, production and shipping times may vary.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times after production:
United States:
3–7 business days
Canada:
5–15 business days
International Orders:
10–30 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and the destination of the order. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from the facility closest to the customer to help reduce delivery times.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
